Vienna City Hike #5 – Bisamberg
I don’t think I could pick a favourite – the five City Hiking Paths I’ve done so far have all been excellent. Today’s hike # 5 to Bisamberg offered lots of new sites, and since I chose to only bring my long lens (70-300mm), you’ll see a different feel to my photographs this week. I discovered how much better/faster a lens this one is compared to my shorter one – don’t think I knew that… shooting handheld at high FStops and low ISO was not a problem today, especially in the bright sunshine.
Summary:
- great company – Martin & Nora
- lovely weather – sunny and 10 degrees Celcius (50F) by the end
- not as hilly at the others – wine country
- 4 hours, including a break at a picnic table in the sun for a while

Cute squirrel!!!! The bunny is so adorable too!! I also like the teddy bear. I wish we had your winter 🙂
I so recognize your appreciation of cute creatures! Hang in there – Saskatoon will get warmer… I know – easy for me to say.
