The Universe Delivers

Remember how I wrote about my karma yoga trepidations during the Creating Your Intuitive Vision Board tutorial?

I’d asked my Team of Divine Helpers what was in my Highest Interest to know for the year ahead. That vision board was filled with encouragement and reminders of why I was Guided to volunteer for 2 months at Ananda Village in California.

Here’s another story about how the Universe Delivers. 

The day after completing that video for you, I headed to the Tree of Life retreat centre for a 5-day video shoot to help them raise awareness about this amazing place.

I thought I was heading to a “job”. I was on a mission and came back with enough footage to keep my 2 iPhones uploading to the Cloud for 4 days straight and keep me editing for 100 hours.

While there, I was also able to continue delivering my Holiday Spirit Circle sessions Live online every morning at 7am. Work. This is what had been on my mind before leaving.

In the end, I also came home with the blessings of having participated in community life, yoga, dyads, meditation, delicious meals, and time in nature. Plus a little magic…

Although I hadn’t perceived my planned time away as a retreat, it turned out to be such a treat! 

One way the Universe delivered an answer to my prayers was through Ellen Chapple (see video above). She turned out to be a divine messenger without even knowing it.

What came out of her mouth during our video interview went straight to my heart.

I immediately recognized the Divine was working through her to wipe away any fears I’d had about my upcoming 2 months of karma yoga.

Her words were like a healing balm. I felt the truth of them. I let go of self-doubts in my ability and energy-levels to be “on duty for 2 months” as a volunteer at an ashram.

Not days after expressing those fears and asking for Guidance, I felt fully confident and excited about my Spirit Call to the west.

Anyone who’s been a parent knows about selfless service without pay. All parents are karma yogis!

The rewards of all the love and hard work are no doubt fulfilling and for the Greater Good of all.

I haven’t been a parent. Living in community is relatively new to me. So I needed this reassurance that I could do it.

Whether in my own backyard, like at the Tree of Life, or across the continent like at Ananda Village, the idea of karma yoga is growing on me … or rather in me. I can be of service in community and not only from behind my computer screen or studio art table.

Go ahead. Ask your Team of Divine Helpers for support relieving your fears in any area of your life. Then watch & listen for the answers they plant on your Path. The Universe delivers.
