Description
The title “In Myself I am Free” is a lyric from the song “I am Free” by Swami Kriyananda that I heard on Ananda radio just as I finished the painting and was saying “What’s your name? I know “Freedom” is in there somewhere”.
This painting is all about letting go of all the “shoulds” & “coulds” to find your own Path while living in alignment of with your Highest Good and therefore the Highest Good of All. With curiosity and wonder, may you reconnect to your purpose, passion, connection, breathing & moving freely in the world as You – inside & out!
This painting is a great example of why it’s always difficult to answer the question I often get: “How long did it take you to paint that?”. There was about 40-50 hours of painting – so many layers of paint, energy, and dots. But then there was also a whole week of transmuting, processing, transforming the layers of inner questioning and patterns that were revealed in the co-creative studio work before adding the final peace dove. But then again, it took a lifetime of painting & channeling practice & study to allow all that to happen through me. So … it took a lifetime!
