The 7 main meditations in this collection will help you work on your subtle energy body. This astral body consists of 7 energy wheels that runs at the centre of your physical body. Each chakra is associated with a purpose, colour, sound, crystals, etc.
You’ll work your way from the Root chakra, up to the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakra.
Each of these meditations was channeled during the Spirit Circle I did live on Facebook in December 2023. The collection also includes a short introduction to the chakras.
There’s also a bonus Heart Chambers guided visioning meditation inspired by Sonia Choquette’s 4-part video series on YouTube entitled Understanding the Heart Chakra.
